Windy by the Wharf

Dancing Dinghy by the Wharf, oil, 6x6, sold
(with all paintings sold in this 30-day-challenge: 10$ donated to 'Let's hear it for Debby' Fundraiser: www.facebook.com/events/933751463305810/?ref_dashboard_filter=upcoming  )

Wooo, was it ever windy today down by the wharf, true autumn spirit! I was glad to have a hoody and a scarf with me! The little green dinghy was dancing in the choppy waves and the clouds were playing colour-change-games with the water as they were rushing by... Happy fall y'all!  Simone

this is more like the real colours...

Schoenen Herbstanfang euch allen! Simone

new works

'bunch of pears', watercolour 13x21 (cropped), ca. 33x53cm aquarell, $275.-

time seems to fly so i am just quickly posting latest works.
by now most leaves have fallen, autumn has come to an end.
never the less the warm temperatures are great, especially for our
house reno- the concrete walls are poured and the floor will be soon.

bald.

'fall impression', 'open' acrylics on canvas board, 8x10in, 20x25cm

Both paintings were done at a friends place overlooking the ocean (www.estatestcroix.ca) - i went painting and she took care of the kids- wonderful! thank you! i had to capture the scene fast, as it started to snow and the paints got pretty 'stiff'.

'Guest House', 'open' acrylic on canvas board, 10x8in, 25x20cm, 85$unframed
