My Buddy, the Ironing Set

There are few things I dread, one is my today's sketch. Somehow I have never adopted the Canadian way of 'dry and fold' the laundry, but struggle along with the German method of ironing every shirt and pant in sight... So, today after tackling a couple of baskets I opted of sketching the ironing board rather than keep slaving away at the laundry pile! Da gibt es wenige Hausarbeiten, die ich meide, eine wurde meine heutige Zeichnung. Irgendwie habe ich nie die Kanadische Methode des 'trocknen-und-faltens' übernommen, sondern kaempfe mit der Deutschen Methode 'nur ein gebügeltes Teil ist ein gutes Teil'... Drum, nach zwei Wäschekörben Bügelwäsche heut abend, war es eine einfache Entscheidung besser das Bügelbrett zu zeichnen als weiter zu bügeln.
